There are nine school board members, and they serve a four-year term (with elections held every two years).

School Board agendas and meetings
Regular Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Central Admin building.  Additional special Board meetings may be held; notices are published in the Douglas Budget.

NOTE: Agendas and related material are usually posted the week before the board meeting.  Please understand that changing circumstances and other factors may affect our posting schedule and/or alter the agenda prior to the meeting.

School Board minutes and monthly reports
The School Board publishes a monthly report after each Board meeting, summarizing decisions and discussions.  These reports are available online, as well as around Douglas.
